Rumors and fears of a Marvel Crisis reboot were only enflamed by a recent interview with the Editor-In-Chief, Axel Alonso.  As a reader since the ’70s, I know I am not the target demo anymore.  I’ve rolled through the relaunches, the movie mods, Marvel Knights to Marvel Now, but a reboot would be the end of the line for me.  The New 52 has shown how they can go terribly wrong, IMO, and I don’t really have any interest in reading Days of Future Past 2.0 or the Death of Elektra 2.0.  For better or worse, Marvel has always tried to tell new stories that equal those previous efforts on their own terms but I fear the temptation to cover band the hits will be too strong.
